Here’s a hearty ranch classic that pairs perfectly with this handle in your kitchen:

Ranch Style Sausage & Potato Skillet (serves 4–6)

Ingredients:

• 1 lb breakfast sausage

• 6 medium potatoes, diced

• 1 large onion, chopped

• 1 bell pepper, chopped

• 3 cloves garlic, minced

• 1 tsp smoked paprika

• 1 tsp salt

• ½ tsp black pepper

• ½ tsp dried thyme

• 4 large eggs

• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

• 2 Tbsp oil or lard

• Fresh green onions for garnish

Directions:

1. Heat oil in a large cast iron skillet. Cook sausage until browned. Remove and set aside.

2. Cook diced potatoes 8–10 minutes.

3. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until tender.

4. Return sausage and season with paprika, salt, pepper, and thyme.

5. Make wells and crack eggs into them. Cover and cook until eggs are set.

6. Top with cheese and let melt. Garnish with green onions.
